Cajun Seasoning Mix

  2 1/2    tablespoons  salt

  1         tablespoon  oregano

  1         tablespoon  paprika

  1         tablespoon  cayenne

  1         tablespoon  ground black pepper

  1         tablespoon  granulated garlic

 

Mix all the ingredients together well.

 

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.

 

Description:

  "An inexpensive homemade version of this costly seasoning."

  1. A Cajun Seasoning mix is used in various Cajun recipes. It is mostly salt with a variety of species. There are several commercial seasoning mixes on the market. Thanks for sharing this info.
