MICKEY DEE'S STYLE FISH SANDWICH

  1              whole  fish fillet -- OR 3-4 fish sticks

  1              whole  Hamburger Bun

  1              slice  American cheese

  2        tablespoons  Tartar sauce

 

Cook the fish per package directions.

 

Place the fish on a warmed hamburger bun, top with the cheese and tartar sauce.

TARTAR SAUCE

  1               pint  mayonnaise

     2/3           cup  dill pickle relish

  2        tablespoons  onion -- minced

  1              ounce  lemon juice

                        pickle juice -- to taste

 

Mix all the ingredients togeter well then store in a jar wit a tight lid in the refrigerator.  Best if it has set a while before using.
