oil for frying
Heat the oil in a skillet to a frying temperature. Add
potatoes and fry for about 5 minutes.
Add bell pepper and onion, fry with the potatoes an
additional five minutes.
Add smoked sausage, and seasonings. Continue to fry until the vegetables are done
and the meat is heated through.
