Serving Ideas : Serve as you would any ice cream. Try a variety of extracts or simple stir ends
such as cocoa powder to create a variety of flavors.
NOTES : To make 1 cup of strained or Greek Yogurt from
regular yogurt line a mesh strainer with several layers of cheese cloth, add 15
ounces of regular whole milk yogurt.
Place strainer over a bowl. Fold ends of cheese cloth up over the yogurt
and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to drain all the excess water out of the
yogurt. To make this recipe you will need to start with six cups regular
yogurt.
