cup dark brown sugar -- packed
1/2 cup
light corn syrup
1/2 cup
peanut butter
1/2 cup
peanuts
Butter a 9 inch square baking pan, set aside.
In a medium sauce pan combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly
until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter
Stir granola mix and peanuts
press into prepared pan.
VARIATIONS::
Use other "butters" such as Nutella, Cashew
butter, Pecan butter and adjust the nuts to match.
