3 whole Pork Chop -- Thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon
seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
Season both sides of the pork chops with the seasoned
salt and black pepper. Set aside
Heat the olive oil in a medium sized skillet until hot.
Add pork chops and brown on both sides. Lower the heat and slowly cook completely
through. If thicker chops are being
cooked or if the chops start to stick add a small amount of water and cover.
