4 whole pork chop
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1/2 tablespoon
black pepper
1/2
cup oil
1/4 cup
butter
salt and pepper -- to taste
Rinse the pork chops then sprinkle with salt and
pepper.
Mix flour, seasoned salt and 1/2 tablespoon of black
pepper together on a plate or in a plastic bagl
Put the damp salted and peppered pork chops in the flour
and coat well.
Place the oil and butter in a skillet and heat until the
meat will sizzle as it goes in.
Fry the meat on each side until golden brown. approx. 5 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels.
