BUTTERMILK PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MASTER MIX


Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

--------  ------------  --------------------------------

  2               cups  buttermilk, dried

  8               cups  flour, all-purpose

     1/2           cup  sugar

  8          teaspoons  baking powder

  4          teaspoons  baking soda

  2          teaspoons  salt.

 

Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

 

Store in a cool dry place.

 

Description:

  "Master Mix to use in many ways."

Yield:

  "10 1/2 cups"
