SNACK CAKE MASTER MIX

  8 3/4           cups  flour, all-purpose

  2        tablespoons  baking soda

  1         tablespoon  salt

  5 1/4           cups  sugar

 

Whisk all together well.

Package up in six 2 1/3 cup containers/vacuum bags.

Store in a cool dark place

Use by: 10-12 weeks.
Description: Use this as the basis for all sorts of snack cakes.  Just chage the add ins for a whole new taste.
