4 large bananas -- peeled and cut into thirds
crosswise
3/4 cup
chocolate chips -- melted
1/4 cup
shredded coconut -- OR chopped nuts
Line a cookie sheet with either wax paper or parchment
paper.
Place a popcycle stick in the end of each banana segment.
Dip, roll or spread with a spatula the melted chocolate
onto the banana, reheating chocolate as necessary to keep it liquid.
Roll in nuts or coconut.
Place on cookie sheet.
Freeze until frozen, approximately 2 hours.
