4 cups fresh strawberries -- sliced

white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon poppy seeds
In large salad bowl mix the spinach and strawberries.
Mix the remaining ingredients together well in a separate
container to use as a dressing as needed.
Drizzle dressing over the salad mixture and serve.
