POULTRY SEASONING MIX

  1           teaspoon  dried rosemary -- crumbled
  1           teaspoon  dried sage -- crumbled
  1           teaspoon  dried thyme -- crumbled
  1           teaspoon  dried marjoram
  1           teaspoon  celery salt
     1/4      teaspoon  pepper

Powder all ingredients together using a blender, food processor or mortar and pesstle.

Seal single recipe in foil package or multiple recipes in an airtight container.  Store in a cool dark place.
