TACO SEASONING MASTER MIX

  20         teaspoons  instant minced onion
  5          teaspoons  salt
  10         teaspoons  chili powder
  5          teaspoons  cornstarch
  5          teaspoons  crushed dried red pepper
  5          teaspoons  instant minced garlic
  2 1/2      teaspoons  dried oregano leaves
  5          teaspoons  cumin -- ground

Whisk all ingredients together well in a bowl.  Then place in an airtight container, label and date. Store in a cool, dark dry place.

To use: use a scant 2 tablespoons per each recipe for taco recipes.
